The app allows you to point your phone towards a plate and capture it to detect the colonies. The app robustly adjusts to any lighting condition and successfully detects all the colonies and records the count.
The colonies detected can also be manually edited and deleted.
Plates can be organized into experiments and the counts of the colonies can be exported as a CSV file.
